- Acceptance of Terms
Your employment or utilization of Michaella Franklin Security Inc. (herein referred to as MF-Security, or we, us or our) is conditioned upon acceptance of these Terms and Conditions, and any policies or agreements incorporated by reference herein. Do not use our services, in case you do not agree with these terms.
- Scope of Services
Michaella Franklin Security Inc. provides nonprofit armed and unarmed event security, perimeter control, conflict de-escalation, threat assessment, emergency response, and community-based protection services. The nature and scope of services shall be detailed in a written Service Agreement or Security Contract prior to deployment.
We reserve the right to decline services based on the location, nature of the event, risk level, or any operational conflict.
- Nonprofit Status & Community Mission
Michaella Franklin Security Inc. operates as a mission-driven nonprofit. While all clients are expected to pay for agreed services unless waived under sponsorship programs, funds collected support veteran employment, community safety initiatives, and public training programs.
- Service Agreement & Liability
All clients will be required to sign a Security Service Agreement before services are delivered. This contract will specify the services to be offered, duties, charges, insurance cover, and cancellation terms.
Michaella Franklin Security Inc. shall not be responsible towards:
- Unlawful or careless actions on the part of the event attendees, vendors, or third-party contractors.
- Losses or damages that arise as a result of misrepresentations or omission of vital information by the clients.
- Force Majeure or unseen events beyond reasonable control.
- Licensing and Compliance
The MF-Security personnel are all professionals who hold the relevant licenses, certifications, and insurance as required by Idaho state regulations and other applicable local laws. Our officers are CPR and Narcan certified, as well as trained on firearms usage, conflict resolution and emergency response procedures.
- Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to:
- Provide accurate event details, including time, location, expected attendance, and known risks.
- Coordinate with local authorities (when applicable).
- Allow MF-Security to conduct a site risk assessment before the event.
- Avoid interfering with officers performing their duties.
Failure to disclose critical information may result in service refusal or termination without refund.
- Payment Terms
Payment terms will be outlined in each service agreement. Unless otherwise stated:
- A deposit may be required to secure scheduling.
- Payment is due within 7 days of invoice issuance.
- Late payments may result in interest charges or legal recovery action.
Donations or sponsorship funds supporting community events may be handled separately through MF-Security’s nonprofit channels.
- Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made:
- More than 72 hours before the scheduled service, you will receive a full refund (minus any non-refundable deposits or setup costs).
- Less than 72 hours in advance may result in partial or full charges to cover allocated resources.
Michaella Franklin Security Inc. reserves the right to cancel or withdraw services in case of safety concerns, non-payment, or client misconduct.
- Confidentiality
MF-Security respects the privacy of our clients and their guests. All confidential information shared with us during service planning or execution will be handled with care and not disclosed to third parties, unless required by law.
- Use of Logo and Brand Name
No individual or organization may use the MF-Security name, logo, or likeness in marketing materials, press releases, or advertising without prior written approval.
- Website Terms of Use
Use of our website, including submitting contact forms or booking requests, is subject to:
- Lawful, respectful interaction with our content and personnel.
- Prohibition of data scraping, spam, or malicious activity.
- Consent to communication via email or phone for booking and service follow-up purposes.
- Changes to These Terms
Michaella Franklin Security Inc. reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Any changes will be posted on our website; it is the client’s responsibility to review these terms prior to signing each service agreement.
- Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Idaho, and any disputes shall be resolved within the applicable Idaho jurisdiction.
